How to add a form to a Squarespace website

First, create a form on Enero Forms. If you don't have an account, you can create one for free. Once your form is created, enter the Editor.

Start tweaking your form. Add fields, change the colors, etc. Once you're happy with your form, save it and copy the embed code.

When you're ready to add your form to Squarespace, go to the Connect tab.
Then, scroll to the Embed your form section and click on Copy to clipboard to copy the code.

Now, inside your Squarespace editor, click on the "Add Block" where you want to add the form and select "Embed".

Drag and drop the "Embed" block where you want to add the form on your website.

Click on the "Edit" button (pencil) to enter the edit menu.

Click on the "Code Snippet" tab then on the "Embed Data" button.

Paste the embed code you copied from Enero Forms in the "Code" field.

Click on the "Safe Preview" button to preview.
Please note that the form builder will show properly on the live page.
